How long do I have to wait for my order to be processed and shipped?


We take 2-4 days to process your order, then it may take 2-3 weeks for delivery to arrive at your address.

Our offices are in France, our international warehouse is based in China.

Do you offer order tracking?

Items are missing in my order: what to do?

 

Please note that you may receive your order in several different packages depending on the items ordered from multiple warehouses. If items are missing, you may receive them in a separate shipment very soon.

What if I receive a damaged item?

What is your refund policy?
